摘要
随着环保法规的日渐严格,对现代发动机的各项性能指标提出了更为严苛的要求。本文以某机车重型柴油机为研究对象,设计了两种新燃烧室N1和N2,基于数值仿真软件AVL FIRE研究N1和N2对重型柴油机燃烧和排放的影响。结果表明:在柴油机转速1200 r/min大负荷工况下,N1和N2的最高缸内压力比原机仿真分别提高了0.79%、0.61%;N1和N2的放热率比原机仿真分别提高了5.57%、6.06%;N1比原机仿真NO x排放降低了23.13%,碳烟排放降低了42.23%;N2比原机仿真NO x排放提高了0.04%,碳烟排放提高了11.92%。
The increasing pressure of energy and environment has put forward more stringent requirements for the performance indexes of modern engines.In this paper,a locomotive heavy-duty diesel engine is taken as the research object,and two new combustion chambers N1 and N2 are designed.Based on the numerical simulation software AVL FIRE,the effects of N1 and N2 on the combustion and emission of heavy-duty diesel engine are studied.The results showed,Under the high load condition of diesel engine speed 1200 r/min,the maximum in-cylinder of N1 and N2 increased by 0.79%and 0.61%respectively compared with the original engine simulation.The heat release rates of N1 and N2 were increased by 5.57%and 6.06%respectively.Compared with the original engine,the NO x emission of N1 is reduced by 23.13%,and the soot emission is reduced by 42.23%.Compared with the original engine,the NO x emission of N2 is increased by 0.04%,and the soot emission is increased by 11.92%.
