气相色谱-火焰光度法测定白菜中三唑磷残留量的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Triazophos Residue in Chinese Cabbage by Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector

摘要 采用气相色谱-火焰光度法(Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector,GC-FPD)对白菜中三唑磷残留量进行测定,通过分析测量过程中的不确定度来源,评估各不确定度分量并进行合成,计算扩展不确定度。结果表明,白菜中三唑磷残留量为0.045 6 mg·kg^(-1)时,扩展不确定度为0.002 9 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),其中标准溶液配制对测量结果的影响较大。 The residual amount of triazophos in Chinese cabbage was determined using Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector(GC-FPD).By establishing mathematical models,the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process are analyzed,the individual uncertainty components are evaluated and combined,and the expanded uncertainty is calculated.The results showed that when the residual amount of triazophos in Chinese cabbage was 0.0456 mg·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty was 0.0029 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),with the preparation of standard solutions having a significant impact on the measurement results.
