摘要
数字新质生产力深度赋能农业农村现代化,为激活乡村特色产业优势、助力乡村治理现代化变革、构建智慧宜居新乡村开辟了新路径。论文基于2010—2023年282个地级及以上城市面板数据,运用面板固定效应模型验证数字新质生产力与乡村全面振兴之间的关系,并通过中介效应模型剖析生态产品价值实现在二者间的传导机制。研究结果表明,数字新质生产力对乡村全面振兴具有显著促进作用。数字新质生产力对产业结构高级化水平较高地区、人力资本水平较高地区的乡村全面振兴影响更显著。数字新质生产力经由生态产品价值实现,可加速乡村全面振兴发展进程。数字新质生产力在促进本地乡村全面振兴的同时,对周边地区乡村全面振兴也能起到正向驱动作用。研究结果为数字技术赋能乡村全面振兴提供理论支撑与实践路径,对加速农业农村现代化进程、助推数字乡村建设具有一定参考价值。
The deep empowerment of digital new quality productivity in agricultural and rural modernization has opened up new paths for activating the advantages of rural characteristic industries,assisting in the modernization of rural governance,and building a smart and livable new countryside.This article is based on panel data from 282 prefecture level and above cities from 2010 to 2023,using a panel fixed effects model to verify the relationship between digital new quality productivity and comprehensive rural revitalization,and analyzing the transmission mechanism of ecological product value realization between the two through a mediation effect model.The research results indicate that digital new quality productivity has a significant promoting effect on the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The impact of digital new quality productivity on the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in regions with higher levels of advanced industrial structure and human capital is more significant.The realization of digital new quality productivity through ecological product value can accelerate the process of comprehensive rural revitalization and development.Digital new quality productivity can not only promote the comprehensive revitalization of local rural areas,but also play a positive driving role in the comprehensive revitalization of surrounding rural areas.This study provides theoretical support and practical paths for empowering the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas with digital technology,and has certain reference value for accelerating the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas and promoting the construction of digital rural areas.
