摘要
在全球气候变化和资源环境约束日益严峻的背景下,中国正积极推动“双碳”目标与高质量发展目标,企业的绿色治理与转型升级成为了实现这一目标的关键所在。论文基于2010—2023年中国A股上市公司的样本数据,深入研究了ESG表现对企业绿色治理绩效的影响机制与作用路径,并重点探讨了动态能力与绿色发展的双重作用。研究发现,ESG表现能够显著促进企业绿色治理绩效的提升,并且通过动态能力的催化作用和绿色发展的导向作用得以实现。异质性分析表明,ESG表现对高科技企业、大规模企业、重污染企业,且内控有效、股权集中度低、分析师关注度高的企业中绿色治理绩效的促进作用更为显著。研究不仅丰富了ESG表现与企业绿色治理绩效关系的理论框架,同时也为企业在“双碳”背景下实现绿色转型升级提供了新的视角和实践路径。
In the context of global climate change and increasingly severe constraints on resources and the environment,China is actively promoting the dual carbon goals and high-quality development goals,and the green governance and transformation and upgrading of enterprises have become the key to achieving this goal.Based on the sample data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023,this paper studies the impact mechanism and action path of ESG(environmental,social and corporate governance)performance on corporate green governance performance in-depth,and focuses on the dual role of dynamic capability and green development.It is found that ESG performance can significantly promote the improvement of corporate green governance performance,and it is realized through the catalytic role of dynamic capability and the guiding role of green development.Heterogeneity analysis shows that ESG performance has a more significant role in promoting green governance performance in high-tech enterprises,large-scale enterprises and heavily polluting enterprises,and in enterprises with effective internal control,low ownership concentration and high analyst attention.This study not only enriches the theoretical framework of the relationship between ESG performance and corporate green governance performance,but also provides a new perspective and practical path for enterprises to realize green transformation and upgrading under the background of dual carbon goals.
