基于遥感干旱指数的洮河流域干旱应急监测

Emergency Monitoring of Drought in the Taohe River Basin Based on Remote Sensing Drought Indices

摘要 黄河第二大支流洮河流域时常存在突发性干旱灾害,2022年6—9月期间,洮河中下游区域发生严重旱灾,月度降水量相比于往年同期下降30%。本文基于遥感干旱指数,利用MODIS数据开展洮河流域段干旱应急监测,结合流域实地样本含水量数据对4种主流遥感干旱指数进行相关性研究,选取符合洮河流域实际情况的温度植被干旱指数TDVI,然后计算流域范围内TDVI分布范围和时空变化,同时结合农业经营权矢量数据分析干旱区域内的各类地物受灾情况并进行精细化制图和统计分析。研究表明,基于遥感干旱指数的干旱灾害应急监测具有全面和相对精准优势,监测成果为应急抢险工作提供了救援决策依据。 The Taohe River Basin,the second largest tributary of the Yellow River,often faces the threat of sudden drought disasters.From June to September 2022,severe drought occurred in the middle and lower reaches of the Taohe River,with monthly precipitation decreasing by 30%compared to the same period in previous years.This article is based on the remote sensing drought index and uses MODIS data to carry out emergency monitoring of drought in the Taohe River Basin.Combining the field sample water content data of the basin,a correlation study is conducted on four mainstream remote sensing drought indices.The temperature vegetation drought index TDVI,which is suitable for the actual situation of the Taohe River Basin,is selected,and the distribution range and spatiotemporal changes of TDVI within the basin are calculated.At the same time,we analyze the disaster situation of various land features in arid areas using vector data of agricultural management rights,and conduct refined mapping and statistical analysis.Research has shown that drought disaster emergency monitoring based on remote sensing drought indices has comprehensive and relatively accurate advantages,and the monitoring results provide a basis for rescue decision-making for emergency rescue work.
