加氢裂化掺炼浆态床蜡油工艺与预测研究

摘要 以减压蜡油和浆态床蜡油(SBWO)为原料,对固定工艺参数和稳定产品规格两种操作模式下的加氢裂化装置掺炼SBWO工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明,掺炼SBWO后加工难度明显提高,在相同工艺条件下尾油收率增加,且主要产品性质有所下降;提高精制段与裂化段反应温度后可保证装置产品分布不变以维持企业总流程的一致性。同时,建立了SBWO掺炼比对于产品分布、产品性质及反应温度的预测模型,该模型展现出优异的工业适用性,可为炼厂在双碳转型背景下优化原料适应性并保持产品质量标准提供关键技术支撑。 This study investigated hydrocracking unit blending slurry bed wax oil(SBWO)process with SBWO and vacuum gas oil as feedstocks.Two operational modes were tested:fixed process parameters and stabilized product specifications.The results indicate that blending SBWO increases processing difficulty.Under unchanged process conditions,the unconverted oil yield rises and the properties of main products deteriorate.Elevating reaction temperatures in both the refining and cracking sections maintains the original product distribution and aligns with overall refinery planning.A predictive model was established to correlate the SBWO blending ratio with product distribution,product quality,and required reaction temperatures.This model exhibits excellent industrial applicability,providing critical technical support for refineries to optimize feedstock adaptability and maintain product quality standards during the decarbonization transition.
