摘要
为探索热带红树林生态保护与可持续发展的协同路径,该研究以海南清澜红树林省级自然保护区为对象,采用梳理现状、剖析问题与构建路径的研究方法,系统开展保护区保护实践研究。研究通过政策支撑、资金保障、工程实施(退塘878.18hm2、新造红树林434.504hm2,成活率超75%)及“天空地”一体化监测建设,有效推动红树林从面积恢复向生态系统完整性维护转变;识别出生境破碎化、修复技术粗放、系统性威胁及社区矛盾四大核心问题。研究提出以基于自然的解决方案(NbS)为指导,从差异化修复、智慧监测、社区共管等维度构建发展路径,可为热带海岸带红树林生态治理提供科学参考,也证实红树林保护需通过科技赋能、制度创新与多元共治实现“人海和谐共生”。
To explore synergistic pathways for the ecological protection and sustainable development of tropical mangroves,this study focuses on the Hainan Qinglan Mangrove Provincial Nature Reserve.Adopting methods of status review,problem analysis,and pathway construction,it systematically carries out research on conservation practices.Through policy support,funding guarantees,engineering implementation(reverting 878.18 ha of ponds and planting 434.504 ha of new mangroves with a survival rate of over 75%),and establishing an integrated"space-air-ground"monitoring system,the reserve has effectively promoted a shift from area restoration to the maintenance of ecosystem integrity.The study identifies four core problems:habitat fragmentation,unrefined restoration techniques,systemic threats,and community conflicts..Guided by Nature-based Solutions(NbS),it proposes development pathways from the dimensions of differentiated restoration,smart monitoring,and community co-management.This provides scientific references for tropical coastal mangrove governance and confirms that mangrove conservation requires technology empowerment,institutional innovation,and multi-stakeholder governance to achieve"human-ocean harmony."
