摘要
新形势下00后大学生所具有的群体特点,给新时代高职院校的学生管理工作提出了新的挑战。沈阳职业技术学院以“双元制”教学为特色,提倡“学校+企业”双重培养模式,在实际工作中探索“辅导员+班级班委+寝室长”三位一体、“辅导员+班级班委”和“辅导员+寝室长”管理模式,减轻辅导员的工作压力,增强学生的自我管理能力,加强学生群体的朋辈互助意识,为学生的自我成长提供切实可行的实践路径。
Under the new situation,the group characteristics of post-OOs college students have put forward new challenges for the student management of higher vocational colleges.Characterized by the dual system of teaching,Shenyang Polytechnic College advocates the dual training mode of school+enterprise.In practical work,it explores the trinity class management mode of“counselors,class committee members and dormitory heads”,“counselors+class committee members”and“counselors+dormitory heads”.This mode helps to reduce the work pressure of counselors,enhance the self-management ability of students,and strengthen their sense of peer help,providing practical paths for students’self-growth.
