铝合金深井铸造铝液遇水爆炸防控措施

Prevention and Control Measures for Explosion Caused by Contact between Aluminum Melt and Water in Deep-Well Casting of Aluminum Alloy

摘要 针对铝合金深井铸造过程中熔融铝液泄漏进入铸井遇水爆炸的重大风险,提出铸造关键参数联锁和报警、全过程监控铝液液位高度、启动应急水和执行铸造自动降速等防控措施。现场应用结果表明:在冷却水压力<0.12MPa或突发停电、停水工况下,系统可在2s内启动应急水并自动将铸造速度降至70mm/min;激光液位传感器与紧急排放阀联锁响应时间≤1s;有效预防熔融铝液泄露进入铸井遇水爆炸的风险。 In view of the significant risk of explosion caused by leakage of molten aluminum melt into the casting well and its contact with water during the deep-well casting process of aluminum alloy,preventive and control measures are proposed,including interlocking and alarming of key casting parameters,continuous monitoring of the aluminum melt level throughout the process,activating emergency water supply,and implementing automatic speed reduction in casting operations.The results of on-site application indicate that under conditions where the cooling water pressure is<0.12 MPa or in the event of sudden power outage or water supply interruption the system can activate emergency water within 2 s and automatically reduce the casting speed to 70 mm/min.The interlock response time between the laser level sensor and the emergency discharge valve is≤1 s.These measures effectively prevent the risk of leakage of molten aluminum melt into the casting well and subsequent explosion upon contact with water.
