噬菌体及其在抗感染治疗中的应用进展

摘要 随着细菌耐药性的增加和超级细菌的出现,噬菌体疗法展现出不同于抗菌药物的优势,作为可替代方案,应用于抗耐药菌治疗中。然而,由于其宿主谱窄、标准化方案难以建立等问题,噬菌体疗法在抗感染中的应用受限,目前仅适用于个体化定制。现对噬菌体的生理特点、噬菌体疗法临床应用现况、给药方式选择等进行介绍,分析噬菌体抗感染治疗的优势和局限,并对目前的噬菌体技术和未来发展趋势进行展望。
