摘要
针对农村土地承包经营权确权登记数据更新的完整度、质量不高等问题,提出了一种基于多源数据融合的土地确权数据库更新方法。该方法结合多源数据融合技术与过程库校验机制,通过卡尔曼滤波算法整合国土调查、遥感影像和实测数据,并采用层次分析法确定更新优先级区域。最后采用过程库机制,通过要素提取、实体匹配、拓扑校验等步骤实现数据库安全更新。结果表明:该方法显著提升了数据更新质量,在数据精度方面,平均定位误差控制在0.12 m以内,最大偏差不超过0.35 m;在数据完整性方面,更新后的数据库缺陷比例低于0.3%,属性字段填充率达90%以上。说明该方法有效解决了农村土地确权数据动态更新的技术难题,为乡村振兴战略实施提供了重要技术支撑。
In response to the problems of incompletion and low-quality updates of registration data for rural land contract management rights,this study proposes a method for updating the land registration database based on multi-source data fusion.This method combined multi-source data fusion technology with a process library verification mechanism,integrated land survey,remote sensing images,and measured data through the Kalman filtering algorithm,and used the analytic hierarchy process to determine update priority areas.Finally,the process library mechanism was adopted to achieve database security updates through steps including feature extraction,entity matching and topology verification.The experimental results show that this method significantly improves the quality of data updates.In terms of data accuracy,the average positioning error is controlled within 0.12 m,and the maximum deviation does not exceed 0.35 m.In terms of data integrity,the defect rate of the updated database is less than 0.3%,and the attribute field filling rate reaches over 90%.This method effectively solves the technical problem of dynamic updating of rural land ownership data and provides important technical support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
