摘要
智慧护理是现代护理学在护理理念和护理实践上的新发展,是集成健康教育、症状管理、饮食管理、康复管理等护理相关工作,以场景、区域等为中心,借助多种信息技术,如移动通信、机器人、人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)、大数据等,建立而成的标准化、智能化、平台化特色的护理体系。本文对智慧护理在儿童健康管理中的应用发展进行综述,主要探讨了包括健康类软件、体感游戏、虚拟现实(virtual reality, VR)、机器人和AI技术在儿童健康管理实践领域的应用现状,并从智慧护理方案构建和管理方面进行了展望,为智慧护理更好服务儿童健康管理提供参考。
Intelligent nursing represents a new development in the concepts and practices of modern nursing.It integrates various nursing-related tasks such as health education,symptom management,diet management,and rehabilitation management,relying on scene and area as the center,with the aid of a variety of information technology,such as mobile communications,robotics,artificial intelligence(AI),and big data,etc.,to establish a standardized,intelligent,and platform-based nursing platform.This review summarized the application development of intelligent nursing in health management of children,and mainly discussed the mHealth apps,motion-sensing games,virtual reality(VR),robotics,and AI technology.It also discusses the improvement of the construction and management of intelligent nursing project,so as to provide reference for better intelligent nursing in health management of children.
