摘要
大包换包通常对连铸坯中夹杂物分布产生显著影响。采用大样电解和夹杂物自动分析方法研究大包换包连铸坯中各种夹杂物的分布规律。夹杂物自动分析结果显示,铸坯中微米级夹杂物主要为TiN夹杂、Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂以及它们的复合夹杂物,大包换包对各种微米级夹杂物影响相对较小。大样电解分析结果显示,大包换包导致第二炉开浇前3 m和第二炉开铸后10 m共计13 m的连铸坯中大型夹杂物的含量和数量显著增加。交接坯中的Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)和保护渣大型夹杂的含量和数量都远高于正常坯,SiO_(2)大型夹杂也高于正常坯中的含量,但变化相对较小。
The ladle exchange usually has a significant impact on the distribution of different kinds of inclusions in continuous casting slabs.Large sample electrolysis method and inclusion automatic analysis method were used to study the distribution of different kinds of inclusions in continuous casting slabs during ladle exchange.The inclusion automatic analysis results show that the micrometer scale inclusions in the continuous cast slab are mainly TiN inclusions,Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions,and their composite inclusions.The ladle exchange has a relatively small impact on the distribution of different kinds of inclusions with micrometer scale.The results of large sample electrolytic method show that the ladle exchange results in a significant increase in both the content and quantity of large inclusions in a total of 13 m continuous casting slabs,including 3 m before the start of the second furnace casting and 10 m after the start of the second furnace casting.The contents and quantities of large inclusions of Al_(2)O_(3),CaO-Al_(2)O_(3),CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2),and the mold slag entrapment in the transition slab are much higher than those in the normal slab,and the content of large inclusions of SiO_(2) is also higher than that in the normal slab,but the change is relatively small.
