摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合辨证施护对结直肠癌化疗后呕吐、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2024年10月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的100例结直肠癌化疗后呕吐患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法将其分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组在常规护理基础上行穴位贴敷,观察组则在对照组基础上联合辨证施护。比较干预后两组下个化疗周期呕吐发生率,比较两组的首次呕吐时间、呕吐持续时间、负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组下个化疗周期呕吐发生率低于对照组共出现20例(40.0%)呕吐,对照组出现31例(62.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次呕吐时间晚于对照组,呕吐持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组功能性生活指数-呕吐(FLIE)评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组FLIE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上行穴位贴敷联合辨证施护可有效增强缓解呕吐作用,并能缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation and care on vomiting,negative emotions and quality of life after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with vomiting after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the double color ball method.The control group received acupoint application on the basis of conventional care,while the observation group received combined syndrome differentiation and care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of vomiting in the next chemotherapy cycle in the two groups after intervention was compared,and the time of the first vomiting,the duration of vomiting,negative emotions,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing in the two groups were compared.Results In the next chemotherapy cycle,the incidence of vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first vomiting time in the observation group was later than that in the control group,and the duration of vomiting was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the functional living index-emesis(FLIE)scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the FLIE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,upward acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation and care can effectively enhance the effect of relieving vomiting,relieve negative emotions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
