隧道突水突泥治理用高分子注浆材料的研究进展

摘要 在隧道工程中,突水突泥灾害频发,严重威胁施工安全与工程质量。高分子注浆材料因其快速反应、高渗透性、性能可调等优点,逐渐成为替代传统水泥基材料的重要手段。该文系统梳理了高分子注浆材料在力学改性、快速封堵、地层加固及环保可持续性等方面的研究进展,重点分析了其在复杂地质环境中的适应性与工程适用性。针对当前存在的高成本、环保性能与力学性能难以兼顾等问题,提出未来应从智能响应型材料、多尺度机制研究、绿色复合技术等方向突破,推动高效、安全、可持续的隧道灾害治理体系构建,旨在为相关材料研发与工程实践提供理论支持与技术参考。 In tunneling projects,sudden water and mud disasters occur frequently,seriously threatening construction safety and project quality.Polymer grouting materials have gradually become an important means of replacing traditional cement-based materials due to their advantages of fast reaction,high permeability and adjustable performance.In this paper,we systematically sort out the research progress of polymer grouting materials in mechanical modification,rapid sealing,stratum reinforcement and environmental sustainability,and focus on analyzing their adaptability and engineering applicability in complex geological environments.Aiming at the current problems of high cost,environmental performance and mechanical performance,it is proposed that future breakthroughs should be made in the directions of intelligent responsive materials,multi-scale mechanism research,green composite technology,etc.,so as to promote the construction of an efficient,safe and sustainable tunnel disaster management system.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and technical reference for related materials research and development and engineering practice.
