摘要
考虑谣言传播过程中存在对事实真相不了解就恶意传播信息的网络营销号以及对谣言的真实性持怀疑态度的群体等因素,作者在传统SIR传播模型的基础上,引入怀疑者节点与网络营销号节点,构建了SEIDR谣言传播模型。首先,利用平均场理论,建立系统的动力学方程,分析系统的平衡点,利用下一代矩阵方法,得到系统的基本再生数。其次,利用Routh-Hurwitz判据及Lyapunov稳定性等方法,研究系统在各个平衡点上的局部及全局渐近稳定性。最后,进行了数值模拟,对理论分析进行了验证。实验结果表明,在谣言传播初期,控制其传播速度可有效干预谣言扩散;在传播中后期,重点控制网络营销号的传播速率,能进一步减少谣言的最终传播规模。
Considering factors such as online marketing accounts that maliciously spread information without understanding the truth and groups skeptical of rumor authenticity during the rumor propagation process,this paper introduces skeptic nodes and online marketing account nodes into the traditional SIR propagation model to construct a SEIDR rumor propagation model.Firstly,the mean field theory is used to establish the dynamic equation of the system,analyze the equilibrium point of the system,and obtain the basic reproduction number of the system.Secondly,the local and global asymptotic stability of the system at each equilibrium point is studied by using Routh-Hurwitz criterion and Lyapunov stability.At last,the theory is validated by numerical simulation.The experimental results indicate that controlling the spreading speed in the early stages can effectively curb rumor diffusion,while focusing on limiting the propagation rate of online marketing accounts in the mid-to-late stages can further reduce the final scale of rumor spread.
