摘要
目的 分析慢阻肺管理中应用全专结合社区家医签约服务模式的价值。方法 选取2023年4月—2024年8月北京市中关村医院诊治的50例慢阻肺患者作为研究样本,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(每组25例),前者采用常规管理模式,后者采用全专结合社区家医签约服务模式,干预后对比两组患者肺功能及预后情况。结果 干预后,观察组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分低于对照组、6MWT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将全专结合社区家医签约服务模式应用于慢阻肺管理中可有效改善患者的肺功能,并延长6MWT,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the value of applying the comprehensive professional and community home doctor contract service model in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Fifty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated at Zhongguancun Hospital in Beijing from April 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study sample.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(25 cases in each group)using a random number table method.The former received routine management,while the latter received a comprehensive professional combined with community home doctor contract service model.Results After intervention,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 6MWT score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the full specialization combined with community home doctor contract service model in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve patients'lung function and prolong 6MWT,which has promotional value.
