摘要
PICC置管可有效减少血液科患者反复静脉穿刺所致的痛苦,但PICC置管也可能导致并发症发生,若形成置管相关血栓,会导致患者承受一定的身心痛苦,还可能造成医疗纠纷。因此,了解PICC置管相关血栓危险因素,对其进行早期评估,并实施及时、针对性干预,对有效预防血栓具有重要意义。本文综述了血液科患者PICC置管相关血栓危险因素,可为临床早期干预提供参考。
PICC catheterization can effectively alleviate the pain caused by repeated venipuncture in hematology patients,but it may also lead to complications such as thrombosis,which not only brings physical and mental pain to patients,but also causes medical disputes.Therefore,understanding the risk factors of thrombosis related to PICC catheterization,conducting early assessment,and implementing timely intervention are of great significance for effective prevention of thrombosis.This article reviews the risk factors for thrombosis related to PICC catheterization in hematology patients,which can provide support for early clinical intervention.
