基于分光光度法的尿素缩二脲快速检测技术研究

摘要 研究针对尿素中缩二脲(Biuret)快速检测需求,提出一种基于分光光度法的优化检测体系。通过改进显色反应动力学条件、构建智能化吸光度补偿算法,并结合新型样品前处理技术,显著提升了传统分光光度法的检测效率与准确性。实验表明,该方法在0.1~5.0 mg/L范围内线性良好(R^(2)=0.9993),检出限低至0.05 mg/L,加标回收率为97.2%~102.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.5%。相较于国家标准方法(GB/T 2441.2—2010),检测时间缩短40%,且可有效消除腐殖酸、氨残留等复杂基质干扰。研究成果为农业用尿素质量监控及工业生产线快速筛查提供了可靠的技术支撑。 This study proposes an optimized detection system based on spectrophotometry for the rapid detection of biuret in urea.By improving the kinetic conditions of color reaction,constructing an intelligent absorbance compensation algorithm,and combining with new sample pretreatment techniques,the detection efficiency and accuracy of traditional spectrophotometry have been significantly improved.The experiment showed that the method had good linearity in the range of 0.1~5.0 mg/L(R^(2)=0.9993),with a detection limit as low as 0.05 mg/L.The recovery rate was 97.2%~102.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 1.5%.Compared with the national standard method(GB/T 2441.2-2010),the detection time is shortened by 40%,and complex matrix interference such as humic acid and ammonia residue can be effectively eliminated.The research results provide reliable technical support for the quality monitoring of agricultural urea and rapid screening of industrial production lines.
