摘要
小城镇空间环境协同发展是新型城镇化建设的重要议题。文章基于协同理论,构建了“吸引力—生命力—承载力”的“三力”协同评价体系,突破传统静态评价局限,提出了小城镇空间环境协同发展的科学评估方法。研究阐释了“三力”协同的内涵,并建立了含“一镇一权”权重确定、耦合协调度计算和序参量识别的量化评价模型。研究表明,该体系能够有效诊断空间发展优势与短板,识别核心驱动力和高效协同发展路径,为小城镇空间环境优化提供科学依据。
The coordinated development of spatial environments in small towns is a key issue in the advancement of China's new-type urbanization.Based on Synergy Theory,this study constructs a synergistic evaluation system—the"Attractiveness-Vitality-Carrying Capacity"(Three-Forces)framework—which overcomes the limitations of traditional static evaluation approaches and proposes a scientific method for assessing the coordinated development of small town spatial environments.The research elaborates on the connotation of Three-Forces synergy and develops a quantitative model that integrates"one-town-one-weight"determination,coupling coordination degree calculation,and order parameter identification.The results demonstrate that this system can effectively diagnose spatial development strengths and weaknesses,identify core synergistic driving forces,and pinpoint efficient paths for coordinated development,thus providing a scientific basis for optimizing small town spatial environments.
