摘要
随着《澳门都市更新法律制度》的颁布以及都市更新公司的成立,澳门地区开始逐步推进城市更新。但由于房屋和土地产权所有制的特殊性,城市更新的推进进程较为缓慢。文章从利益相关这一角度出发,借助社会网络分析法和主题分析法,以中国澳门新中央图书馆更新项目为例,探寻澳门地区城市更新中的利益相关者有哪些,以及他们之间的社会网络。研究得出了社团在澳门地区城市更新中的中心度数据,以期为发挥社团作用、推进澳门地区城市更新进程提供参考。
With the promulgation of the Macao urban renewal legal system and the establishment of the Macao Urban Renewal Limited,Macao has gradually advanced urban renewal.However,the process remains relatively slow due to the unique property rights of housing and land.This paper analyzes stakeholders involved in Macao region's urban renewal from the perspective of interest-related parties,using the Macao New Central Library ,China Project as a case study and applying social network analysis and thematic analysis to explore the stakeholders and their social network relationships.The research identifies the centrality of social organizations in Macao region's urban renewal,aiming to provide references for maximizing the role of social organizations and facilitating the advancement of urban renewal in Macao region.
