摘要
景中村作为城镇化发展过程中催生的、景区与村落文化融合的特殊载体,在文旅融合发展的背景下呈现出重要的旅游服务价值,产生了“景点导向”的旅游服务模式,凸显出游客、村民、管理者等多元主体价值共生的特征。文章基于价值共创视角,针对景中村旅游服务中存在的信息割裂、文化体验浅层化、主体参与不足等问题,构建了“识别—分配—提供—传递—创造—持续”六环节的价值共创框架,研究其服务设计方法,提出了基于交互媒体的App设计策略,包括多元主体协同机制、文化体验场景重构、全流程服务优化及激励系统设计,探讨景中村在景区发展和建设过程中的实践路径。
As a distinctive carrier for the integration of scenic areas and village cultures that emerged during urbanization,scenic-village settings showcase significant tourism service value in the context of culture and tourism integration.Such settings have generated a"scenic spot-oriented"tourism service model and highlighted the value co-existence among diverse stakeholders,including tourists,villagers,and managers.From the perspective of value co-creation,this paper addresses key issues in tourism services for scenic-village settings,such as information fragmentation,superficial cultural experiences,and insufficient stakeholder participation.The paper constructs a six-stage value co-creation framework:identification,allocation,provision,transmission,creation,and sustainability,and investigates service design Approaches.Furthermore,it proposes interactive media-based App design strategies,encompassing mechanisms for multi-stakeholder collaboration,reconstruction of cultural experience scenarios,optimization of the overall service process,and incentive system design.The research explores practical solutions for the development and construction of scenic-village settings.
