摘要
对不同类型的工业建筑屋面展开全面总结与提炼,归纳出五种常见的工业建筑类型。在完成安全鉴定与图纸复原工作的基础上,提出了四种更新模式,以保留修缮为主要方式,重新建设作为辅助手段。同时,总结出更新修缮过程中遇到的各类问题,并提供具有针对性的解决策略,这对于大量工业建筑低成本开发的屋面系统而言,具有普遍适用的意义。
A comprehensive summary and refinement of different types of industrial building roofs are conducted,and five common types of industrial buildings are concluded.On the basis of completing safety appraisal and drawing restoration,four renewal models are proposed,with preservation and renovation as the main method and reconstruction as the auxiliary means.Meanwhile,various problems that may be encountered in the process of renewal and renovation are summarized,and targeted solutions are provided,which are of universal significance for the low-cost development of roof systems of a large number of industrial buildings.
