摘要
在国家助学贷款已经取得初步成效的基础上 ,分析了助学贷款在具体实施过程中存在的问题 ,并提出了解决这些问题的一些对策。
On the basis of preliminary achievement of national financial aid to student loan, this paper analyses the problems which was brought about by carrying out the student loan and points out some countermeasures to solve these problems.
