砷和纳米氧化铜复合污染对土壤线虫群落的影响研究

摘要 线虫是土壤生物多样性的关键指示生物,砷和纳米材料污染对土壤系统的影响不断得到关注,但关于复合污染对线虫的研究较少.为探究砷和纳米氧化铜复合污染对线虫群落的影响,室内设置盆栽实验,探讨砷和纳米氧化铜对线虫群落结构、营养类群和功能类群的影响.结果表明,砷和纳米氧化铜单一及复合污染均显著降低土壤线虫的多度和物种丰富度(P<0.05).与单一污染相比,复合污染对线虫多样性影响不显著.不同营养类群和功能类群的线虫对污染的响应存在差异,砷胁迫下植食性线虫和杂捕性线虫多度显著降低,而食细菌和食真菌性线虫多度在纳米氧化铜污染时显著下降.砷和纳米氧化铜污染降低了线虫功能类群多度(P<0.05).线虫结构指数在砷处理组中最低,在纳米氧化铜处理组中达到峰值,各处理组成熟度指数和富集指数无显著差异(P>0.05).该研究有助于理解砷和纳米氧化铜复合污染对土壤动物的生态风险. Nematodes serve as crucial bioindicators of soil biodiversity.The impacts of arsenic and nanomaterial contamination on soil systems have garnered increasing attention;however,research on their combined effects on nematodes remains limited.To examine the combined effects of arsenic and copper oxide nanoparticles(CuONPs)contamination on soil nematode communities,a controlled pot experiment was conducted to systematically evaluate their impacts on nematode community composition,trophic structure,and ecological functional groups.The experimental results demonstrate that both individual and combined exposure to arsenic and CuONPs significantly reduce soil nematode abundance and species richness(P<0.05).Compared with single pollution,combined pollution has no significant effect on nematode diversity.Nematodes of different trophic groups and functional groups show different responses to pollution.Under arsenic stress,the abundance of herbivorous and omnivorous nematodes significantly decreased,while the decline in the abundance of bacterivorous and fungivorous nematodes was more pronounced under CuONPs contamination.The contamination of arsenic and CuONPs significantly reduced the abundance of nematode functional groups(P<0.O5).The structure index of nematodes showed the lowest value in the arsenic treatment group and reached the peak in the CuONPs treatment group,while there were no significant differences in the maturity index and enrichment index among all treatment groups(P>0.05).This study is helpful to understand the ecological risk of combined pollution of arsenic and CuONPs to soil animals.
