摘要
农村公共事务治理一直是社会各界关注的热点.为了更好地掌握国内外农村小型农田水利设施公共品供给研究的发展动态和趋势,为后续研究提供一定的参考.运用文献计量法,利用CiteSpace软件,以CNKI和Web of Science数据库为数据源,从文献发表数量、研究力量、研究热点等方面对研究热点进行了总结.(1)国内外发文趋势明显不同,国际上整体呈“前期平稳缓慢,后期数量激增”的趋势,国内发文量呈“增—减—增”的趋势;(2)贡献度最高的国家分别是中国和美国;该领域研究范围较广,具有跨学科协同的特点,但是国内研究机构独立,严重缺乏机构和国际间的合作;(3)小型农田水利设施公共品研究主要围绕小农户行为和意愿、农村公共品供给、灌溉技术、灌溉集体行动等方面;未来应该关注农户的风险和政府补贴对参与农村公共品供给的影响;重视现有PPP模式存在的问题,完善相关政策,助力乡村可持续发展.
The governance of rural public affairs has always been a hot topic of concern for all sectors of society.In order to better grasp the development trends and trends of public goods supply research on small rural farmland water conservancy facilities at home and abroad,and provide certain reference for subsequent research,the article uses bibliometric methods and CiteSpace software,using CNKI and Web of Science databases as data sources,to summarize research hotspots in terms of literature publication quantity,research strength,and research hotspots.(1)The trend of domestic and international publications is significantly different,with an overall trend of"stable and slow in the early stage,and a surge in the number in the later stage"internationally,while the domestic publication volume shows a trend of"increase decrease increase".(2)The countries with the highest contribution are China and the United States.The research scope in this field is broad and has the characteristics of interdisciplinary collaboration,but domestic research institutions are independent and there is a serious lack of cooperation between institutions and international organizations.(3)The research on public goods of small-scale farmland water conservancy facilities mainly focuses on the behavior and willingness of small farmers,the supply of rural public goods,irrigation technology,and collective irrigation actions.In the future,attention should be paid to the risks of farmers and the impact of government subsidies on participating in the supply of rural public goods,pay attention to the problems existing in the existingPPP model,improve relevant policies and assist in sustainable rural development.
