阅读障碍儿童在元语言认知技能上的加工缺陷研究

A Study on Processing Deficits in Metalinguistic Cognitive Skills of Children with Developmental Dyslexia

摘要 语素意识、正字法意识与快速命名对于儿童读写技能的发展至关重要,以往研究表明阅读障碍儿童在元语言认知技能上存在明显缺陷,为进一步考察阅读障碍儿童在这些技能上的发展特点,本研究对89名阅读障碍儿童与91名年龄匹配的普通儿童进行了差异比较。研究结果显示,随着年级升高,两组儿童的同音、复合语素意识差距逐渐缩小;然而在同形语素意识、正字法意识、快速命名上,阅读障碍儿童则表现出了持续性的加工缺陷。这些发现为制定针对性的教学策略提供了重要依据。 Morphological awareness,orthographic awareness,and rapid automatic naming are crucial for the development of children's literacy skills.Previous studies have shown that children with dyslexia exhibit significant deficits in metalinguistic-cognitive skills.To further examine the developmental characteristics of these skills in children with dyslexia,this study compared 89 children with dyslexia to 91 age-matched typically developing peers.The results showed that as grade level increased,the gap in homophone and compounding awareness between the two groups gradually narrowed;however,children with dyslexia continued to show persistent processing deficits in homograph awareness,orthographic awareness,rapid automatic naming.These findings provide important evidence for developing targeted teaching strategies.
