摘要
动作捕捉技术为排球扣球技术评价提供了量化途径。运用三维动作捕捉系统可以实时追踪运动员身体关键部位,获取精确的运动学数据,实现从定性观察向定量分析的转变。扣球技术评价涉及助跑、起跳、击球、落地4个环节的速度、加速度、角度及协调性参数。基于动作捕捉数据构建的评价指标体系,可量化不同水平运动员的技术特征,并建立分级标准。将该方法集成到日常训练中,建立实时反馈机制和周期性评估体系,可实现扣球技术的精准诊断和个性化方案设计的改进,为训练优化、技术改进和选材决策提供科学依据。
Motion capture technology provides a quantitative approach for volleyball spike technical evaluation.By using a three-dimensional motion capture system to track key body parts of athletes in real time,precise kinematic data can be obtained,enabling a shift from qualitative observation to quantitative analysis.Spike technical evaluation involves parameters of speed,acceleration,angle,and coordination across four phases:run-up,take-off,spike,and landing.The evaluation index system constructed based on motion capture data can quantify technical characteristics of athletes at different levels and establish graded standards.Integrating this method into daily training and establishing real-time feedback mechanisms and periodic evaluation systems enable precise diagnosis of spike techniques and personalized improvement plan design,providing scientific basis for training optimization,technical improvement,and talent selection decisions.
