摘要
在水电站的运行过程中,事故配压阀作为水轮发电机组关键的过速保护装置,发挥着至关重要的作用。该文以水电站事故配压阀为研究对象,探讨其智能化改进的技术路径与应用前景。通过分析传统事故配压阀在状态监测、运行调整、结构缺陷等方面存在的不足,提出基于物联网、大数据、人工智能、结构设计的智能化改进方案,为水电站事故配压阀的智能化升级提供技术参考。
In the operation of hydropower stations,the emergency pressure distribution valve serves as a critical overspeed protection device for hydroelectric generating units,playing a vital role.This paper focuses on the emergency pressure distribution valve in hydropower stations,exploring the technical pathways and application prospects for its intelligent enhancement.By analyzing the shortcomings of conventional emergency pressure distribution valves in terms of condition monitoring,operational adjustment,and structural defects an intelligent improvement scheme based on IoT,big data,artificial intelligence technologies and structure design is proposed.The study provides technical references for the intelligent upgrading of emergency pressure distribution valves in hydropower stations.
