摘要
中波发射机是广播传输的核心设备,稳定运行对信号覆盖质量至关重要。该设备主要由功率放大器、天馈系统、信号处理单元等构成,通过信号调制、功率放大及天馈辐射实现广播信号传输。本文重点针对功率放大器故障、天馈系统阻抗失配、信号输出异常及环境应力引发的设备劣化等问题,提出场效应管检测与H型桥式电路修复、天馈网络调配与阻抗匹配调整、输出监测板与继电器系统排查、散热优化与地网维护等针对性措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考。
Medium wave transmitter is the core equipment for broadcasting transmission,and stable operation is crucial for signal coverage quality.This device mainly consists of a power amplifier,antenna system,signal processing unit,etc.It achieves broadcast signal transmission through signal modulation,power amplification,and antenna radiation.This article focuses on issues such as power amplifier failures,impedance mismatch in the antenna system,abnormal signal output,and equipment degradation caused by environmental stress.Targeted measures are proposed,including field effect transistor detection and repair of H-bridge circuits,adjustment of antenna network and impedance matching,troubleshooting of output monitoring boards and relay systems,optimization of heat dissipation,and maintenance of ground grids.The aim is to provide reference for relevant personnel.
