摘要
本文通过对‘波尼’(BN)、‘金华’(JH)、‘马汉’(MH)、‘绍兴’(SX)、‘亚林21’(YL)5种薄壳山核桃果实矿质元素、蛋白质、可溶性糖及脂肪酸含量变化研究,探究薄壳山核桃果实的物质积累规律和品种差异。结果表明:与果实发育初期相比,果实发育后期的薄壳山核桃的矿质元素、蛋白质和脂肪酸均有增加,但钙元素的积累并不随时间变化而积累更多,果实中钙元素峰值出现在8月;可溶性糖含量在各品种间表现差异较大,MH积累最多;果实中脂肪酸以油酸为主,其次是花生酸、棕榈酸和亚麻酸。本研究初步揭示了薄壳山核桃果实内含物的变化规律和各品种间的差异性,可为薄壳山核桃的抚育管理提供参考。
In this paper,based on the study on variation of mineral element,protein,soluble sugar and fatty acid content in the fruit of five Carya illinoinensis varieties,namely'Boni'(BN),'Jinhua'(JH),'Mahan'(MH),'Shaoxing'(SX),and'Yalin 21'(YL),an exploration was made on the material accumulation regularities and variety differences of C.illinoinensis fruits.The results showed that the mineral elements,proteins and fatty acids in C.illinoinensis all increased in the later stage of fruit development compared to the early stage of fruit development.However,calcium accumulation did not increase over time,with the peak of calcium occurring in August.Soluble sugar content varied significantly among the varieties,with MH accumulating the most.Oleic acid was the primary fatty acid in the fruit,followed by arachidic acid,palmitic acid and linolenic acid.This study preliminarily revealed the variation regularities of fruit content in C.illinoinensis and the differences among varieties,which could provide reference for the tending management of C.illinoinensis.
