基于LabVIEW的多轴数控机床监测诊断系统

摘要 设计基于LabVIEW的多轴数控机床监测诊断系统,通过在主轴、进给等机床关键位置部署传感器,实现机床振动、温度、位移等多源信号的高速采集与处理,并通过设计监测软件,实现实时报警、数据存储、数据分析、故障识别等功能。经过试验验证,基于LabVIEW的多轴数控机床监测诊断系统可以精准采集各传感器信号的变化量,有效识别机床的非正常状态,为多轴数控机床的稳定运行提供了重要保障。 The multi-axis CNC machine tool monitoring and diagnosis system based on LabVIEW was designed.By deploying sensors at key positions of the machine tool such as spindle and feed,high-speed acquisition and processing of multi-source signals such as vibration,temperature,and displacement of the machine tool can be achieved.Real time alarm,data storage,data analysis,and fault identification functions can be realized through the design of monitoring software.After experimental verification,the multi-axis CNC machine tool monitoring and diagnosis system based on LabVIEW can accurately collect the changes in signals from various sensors,effectively identify abnormal state of the machine tool,and provide important guarantee for the stable operation of multi-axis CNC machine tool.
