摘要
针对分体式轴箱体轴承孔镗削加工中存在的接合面错位问题,建立轴承孔镗削变形有限元模型,计算轴承孔变形情况,分析螺栓预紧力矩对轴承孔变形和接合面错位的影响。分析结果表明,在相同镗削力下,轴箱体的左右分箱面刚度有差异,导致左右轴箱体在加工过程中存在变形差异。接合面摩擦力不足,导致在镗削力作用下接合面处上下轴箱体产生不可完全恢复错动,这是产生接合面错位的主要原因。定位销在加工过程中起到抑制轴箱体变形作用,对轴承孔变形有一定影响。通过增大预紧力矩,可以减小镗削力作用下接合面处上下轴箱体产生的不可完全恢复错动,有效控制接合面错位量。
A boring deformation finite element model of bearing hole was established to address the problem of joint surface misalignment in the boring process of bearing hole of split axle box body.The deformation of bearing hole was calculated,and the influence of bolt pre-tightening torque on the bearing hole deformation and joint surface misalignment was analyzed.The analysis result indicates that under the same boring force,there is a difference in the stiffness of left and right partition surfaces of axle box body,resulting in deformation difference between left and right axle box bodies during the machining process.The insufficient friction force on the joint surface leads to incomplete recovery displacement of upper and lower axle box bodies at the joint surface under the action of boring force,which is the main reason for the joint surface misalignment.The positioning pin plays a role in suppressing the axle box body deformation during the machining process and has a certain impact on the bearing hole deformation.By increasing the pre-tightening torque,the incomplete recovery displacement of upper and lower axle box bodies at the joint surface under the action of boring force can be reduced,thereby effectively controlling the joint surface misalignment.
