摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体串联质谱(ICP-MS/MS)测定了钨铼合金中痕量汞、铌和钾的含量。试样以硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,向碰撞反应池(CCT)中通入不同的反应气体,研究不同模式下的背景等效浓度(BEC)值以验证干扰消除的效果。选择O_(2)原位质量模式消除WO^(+)对Hg^(+)的质谱干扰,NH_(3)质量转移模式消除W2^(+)对Nb^(+)的质谱干扰,NH_(3)原位质量模式消除Ar^(+)对K^(+)的质谱干扰。该方法用于测定样品中钨铼合金中痕量汞、铌和钾含量,加标回收率为95.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差小于10%。
The contents of mercury,niobium and potassium in tungsten-rhenium alloys were determined by inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS).The samples were completely dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid.Different reaction gases were injected into the collision reaction cell(CCT),and the background equivalent concentration(BEC)values under different modes were investigated to verify the effect of interference elimination.The O_(2) on-mass mode is used to eliminate the mass spectrum interference of WO^(+)on Hg^(+),the NH_(3) mass-shift mode is used to eliminate the mass spectrum interference of plasma gas W2^(+)on Nb,and the NH_(3) on-mass mode is used to eliminate the mass spectrum interference of Ar^(+)on K^(+).This method was applied to determine trace mercury,niobium and potassium in tungsten-rhenium alloys,with the recoveries of 95.0%-110.0%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 10%.
