冷凝-芬顿氧化联合处理挥发性有机化合物废气

Combined treatment of VOCs waste gas using condensation-Fenton oxidation

摘要 以餐饮油烟烟气模拟VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)废气,采用冷凝-芬顿氧化联合工艺对废气进行处理,气体经气液分离后分别由废气处理系统和废水处理系统单独处理。废气经过冷凝后再通过二级活性炭吸附后排放,冷凝产生的废水首先进行芬顿氧化,再通过砂滤池,活性炭过滤后排放。实验确定废气处理系统和废水处理系统的最佳工艺条件:在进气流量160 mL/L,冷凝温度-10℃,进气温度150℃的条件下,经过冷凝后的油烟去除率为87.99%,设备接入液氮冷凝后油烟去除率为97.41%。在pH值为3.0,硫酸亚铁投加量0.13 g/L,质量分数30%过氧化氢投加量0.15 mL/L,反应时间50 min, PAC(聚合氯化铝)投加量250 mg/L,PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)投加量2 mg/L的条件下,COD(化学需氧量)最低为42 mg/L,低于污水综合排放的一级标准,COD去除率达到73.32%。 VOCs(volatile organic compounds)waste gas was simulated using cooking oil fumes,and the waste gas was treated using a combined condensation-Fenton oxidation process.After gas-liquid separation,the gas was separately treated by the waste gas treatment system and the waste water treatment system.The waste gas,after being condensed,was adsorbed by secondary activated carbon and then discharged.The waste water generated by condensation was first oxidized by Fenton's reagent,and then discharged through a sand filter and activated carbon filtration.The optimal process conditions for both the waste gas treatment system and the waste water treatment system were determined.Under the conditions of an inlet air flow rate of 160 mL/L,a condensation temperature of-10℃,and an inlet air temperature of 150℃,the removal rate of oil fumes after condensation is 87.99%.When the equipment is connected to liquid nitrogen for condensation,the removal rate of oil fumes increases to 97.41%.Under the conditions of pH 3.0,ferrous sulfate dosage of 0.13 g/L,mass fraction 30%hydrogen peroxide dosage of 0.15 mL/L,reaction time of 50 min,PAC(polyaluminium chloride)dosage of 250 mg/L,and PAM(polyacrylamide)dosage of 2 mg/L,the lowest effluent COD(chemical oxygen demand)reaches 42 mg/L,which is lower than the first-class standard for comprehensive wastewater discharge,and the COD removal rate reaches 73.32%.
