摘要
采用EBSD、拉伸性能测试、杯突实验等方法,研究了固溶时间和固溶温度对含Er超高强7055铝合金薄板成形性能与组织的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高、固溶时间的延长,薄板试样的杯突值先增大后减小;合金薄板的较佳固溶处理制度为475℃×1 h,在该固溶热处理条件下,薄板试样经水淬后的屈强比、伸长率、应变硬化指数和杯突值分别为0.670、27.3%、0.210和8.99 mm;薄板试样横截面的平均晶粒尺寸、再结晶比例和小角度晶界比例分别为15.5μm、84.7%和27.8%。
The effects of solution time and solution temperature on the microstructure and formability of ultra-high strength 7055 aluminum alloy thin strip containing Er element after solid solution were studied by EBSD,tensile test and cupping test.The results show that the cupping value of thin strip samples first increases and then decreases with the increase of solution temperature or solution time.The optimum solution treatment system of the thin strip sample is 475℃×1 h,under this solution heat treatment condition,the yield ratio,elongation,strain hardening exponent and cupping value are 0.67,27.3%,0.21 and 8.99 mm,respectively.The average grain size,recrystallization fraction and low angle(<15°)grain boundaries ratio of thin strip sample are 15.5μm,84.7%and 27.8%,respectively.
