粉末热等静压制备TC11合金的性能一致性研究

Study on Property Consistency of TC11 Alloy Prepared by Powder Hot Isostatic Pressing

摘要 采用无坩埚感应熔炼超声气体雾化法制备了TC11预合金粉末,通过粉末冶金热等静压成型了φ132 mm的圆柱形TC11合金,将合金分为心部、中部、边缘3个区域进行显微组织观察和力学性能分析。实验结果表明:热等静压态TC11合金经过热处理后,β相中析出大量针状二次α相(αs)形成β转变组织(βT)。心部、中部和边缘各区域的初生α相和二次α相的体积分数基本相同,晶粒取向较均匀并无择优取向,平均晶粒尺寸为4.5~5.0μm。圆柱形TC11合金各区域的平均显微硬度接近,室温及500℃拉伸强度偏差小于5%且塑性良好,室温U口冲击功为38.0~43.0 J,粉末冶金成型TC11合金具有较好的性能一致性。 TC11 pre-alloy powder was prepared by the Electrode induction melting gas atomization(EIGA)method,andφ132 mm cylindrical TC11 alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy(PM)hot isostatic pressing,the alloy was divided into core,middle and rim regions for microstructure observation and mechanical property studied.The results show that,theβ-transformed TC11 alloy with a large amount of needle-like secondaryα-phase(αs)precipitated in theβphase after heat treatment to formβtransformation texture(βT).The volume fraction of primary and secondaryα-phases in the core,middle and rim regions are basically the same,and the grain orientation is uniform without preferential orientation,and the average grain size is 4.5-5.0μm.The average microhardness of the various regions of the cylindrical TC11 alloy is close,the room temperature and 500℃tensile strength deviation is less than 5%and good plasticity,the room temperature U-port impact work is 38.0-43.0 J,powder metallurgy prepared TC11 alloy has better performance consistency.
