不同加热温度对海洋工程用钢显微组织及性能的影响

Effects of Different Heating Temperatures on Microstructure and Properties of Marine Engineering Steel

摘要 通过SEM、EBSD等方法,研究了不同加热温度对海洋工程用钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经不同加热温度轧制的钢板显微组织均为铁素体+贝氏体的混合组织,实验钢的室温拉伸性能相近,-84℃的低温冲击功最大差值近120 J。随着加热温度的升高,钢板的平均晶粒尺寸增大,低温冲击功下降,心部出现带状组织且小角度晶界占比上升,铁素体形态由准多边形铁素体(QF)转变为多边形铁素体(PF)。当加热温度为1150℃时,钢板具有最佳的综合力学性能。 The effects of different heating temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of marine engineering steel were investigated by SEM and EBSD techniques.The results show that the microstructure of the steel plates rolled at different heating temperatures is mixed structure of ferrite+fibrite.The tensile properties of the steel are similar at room temperature,while the disparity in low-temperature impact absorbing energy at-84℃was found to be substantial,the maximum difference of the low-temperature shock work of-84℃is nearly 120 J.With the increase of heating temperature,the average grain size of the steel plate increases,the low temperature impact work decreases,the heart generates band microstructure and the proportion of small angle grain boundary increases,and the shape of ferrite changes from quasi-polygonal ferrite(QF)to polygonal ferrite(PF).At heating temperature of 1150℃,the steel exhibits the most favorable comprehensive of mechanical properties.
