摘要
离子渗氮是强化金属表面性能的热处理工艺。简述了镍基合金离子渗氮的动力学,重点介绍了几种离子渗氮工艺以及氮化层的性能,最后展望了镍基合金离子渗氮的研究方向。
Plasma nitriding is a heat treatment process to strengthen the surface properties of metals.This kinetics of plasma nitriding of nickel-based alloys,especially several plasma nitriding processes and the properties of nitriding layers were summarized.Finally,the research direction of plasma nitriding of nickel-based alloys was prospected.
