摘要
镍基复合镀层由于其工艺成熟、成本较低常被作为金属零件的表面保护材料,用于增强金属基体的硬度、耐磨性等。系统综述了近年来制备高硬度及耐磨镍基复合镀层工艺上的优化方法,并重点介绍几种常用的第二相颗粒对镀层硬度及耐磨性的影响。最后,对高硬度及耐磨镍基复合镀层的发展进行展望。
In recent years,nickel-based composite coatings are often used as the surface protection material of metal parts due to its mature technology and low cost,which provide high hardness and good wear resistance to the metal matrix.The optimization methods for preparing high hardness and wear-resistant nickel-based composite coatings were systematically reviewed,and the influence of several commonly used second phase particles on the hardness and wear resistance of the coatings was mainly introduced.Finally,the development of high hardness and wear-resistant nickel-based composite coatings was discussed.
