富氧侧吹熔炼-多枪顶吹连续吹炼-火法阳极精炼热态三炉连续炼铜技术发展现状及展望

摘要 富氧侧吹熔炼-多枪顶吹连续吹炼-火法阳极精炼热态三炉连续炼铜工艺是当前有色冶炼行业广泛应用的一种铜冶炼技术。近年来,连续炼铜技术和短流程技术发展迅速,铜精矿冶炼在高氧浓度、高铜锍品位、高温、高处理量等方向上不断取得突破。在高质量发展要求和技术快速进步的背景下,国内生产企业结合自身实际,围绕铜冶炼系统的绿色节能降耗开展了一系列探索和研究,取得了一系列成果。通过研究工艺特点、渣相、冶金能耗阐述了富氧侧吹熔炼+多枪顶吹连续吹炼+火法阳极精炼工艺在铜冶炼行业新建或升级项目中的现状及发展前景。 The oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting-multi-lance top-blown continuous converting-pyrometallurgical anode refining continuous three-stage copper production process represents a widely adopted technology in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry.In recent years,continuous copper smelting techniques and short-flow processes have undergone rapid development,achieving significant breakthroughs in high-oxygen concentration operations,high-grade copper matte production,elevated temperature processing,and high-throughput treatment of copper concentrates.Against the backdrop of demands for high-quality development and accelerated technological advancement,domestic producers have conducted extensive explorations and research tailored to their operational realities,focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction within copper smelting systems,yielding substantial achievements.This study examines the current status and developmental prospects of the integrated oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting+multi-lance top-blown continuous converting+pyrometallurgical anode refining process for new construction or upgrade projects in the copper smelting industry,with analysis centered on process characteristics,slag phase behavior,and metallurgical energy consumption.
