摘要
桓仁矿业有限公司选矿厂处理的矿石为低品位铜铁矿矿床,但随着矿山开采深度不断的向下延伸,铜、铁原矿品位也随之下降,原常规黄药浮选药剂制度已经不能很好地提高铜、金和银的回收率[1]。为了进一步提高有用矿物的回收率,在不改变工艺流程,不增加设施的情况下,通过对药剂制度改革,在铜浮选时使用新型高效捕收剂Y-89分选铜矿,使铜精矿品位由22.367%提高到22.518%,回收率由73.20%提高到74.68%;铜精矿含金由5.416提高到6.537,金的回收率由10.98%提高到13.77%;铜精矿含银由457.638提高到585.426,银的回收率由33.38%提高到43.58%。通过实施新的药剂制度,达到了提高选矿指标的目的,取得了良好的经济效益。
The flotation factory of HuanRen mining company processes the low grade ore of copper iron,now the ore grade of copper and iron decreases with the exploitation downward increasingly,so that the originally conventional flotation reagent can not keep the recovery of copper gold and silver.To advance the recovery of valuable minerals further,the flotation factory reforms the reagent without changing the flow sheet and adding facilities.As a result,the practice which uses the new high effective collection Y-89 at copper flotation gets better commercial index,including copper concentrate grade up to 22.518%from 22.367%,recovery up to 74.68%from 73.2%,and gold recovery up to 13.77%from 10.98%,and silver recovery up to 43.58%from 33.38%,meanwhile accompanying gold in copper concentrate up to 6.537 g/t from 5.416 g/t,silver in copper concentrate up to 585.426 g/t from 457.638 g/t.The implementing of the new reagent improves the flotation,and secures great economic benefits.
