摘要
目的:深入探究体育锻炼与青少年非自杀性自伤行为之间的内在联系,同时着重分析青少年心理韧性与述情障碍在这一关系中发挥的链式中介效应。方法:采用体育活动等级量表、青少年心理韧性量表、多伦多述情障碍量表、青少年非自杀性自伤行为问卷对长沙市、株洲市354名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:体育锻炼与心理韧性(R=0.685,P<0.01)呈显著正相关;体育锻炼与述情障碍(R=-0.586,P<0.01)和非自杀性自伤行为(R=-0.675,P<0.01)呈显著负相关;心理韧性与述情障碍(R=-0.605,P<0.01)和非自杀性自伤行为(R=-0.594,P<0.01)呈显著负相关;述情障碍和非自杀性自伤行为(R=0.577,P<0.01)呈显著正相关。体育锻炼与青少年非自杀性自伤行为的关系中,总间接效应值为-0.077,心理韧性的中介效应值为-0.037,述情障碍的中介效应值为-0.022,且心理韧性与述情障碍的链式中介效应值为-0.018。结论:体育锻炼不仅直接对青少年非自杀性自伤行为产生负向预测作用,还通过心理韧性与述情障碍的中介作用,间接影响青少年非自杀性自伤行为。
Objective:To explore the internal relationship between physical exercise and adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and to analyze the chain mediation effect of adolescent mental toughness and alexithymia in this relationship.Methods:354 middle school students in Changsha and Zhuzhou were investigated using the physical activity scale,adolescent mental toughness Scale,Toronto Alexithymia Scale and adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior questionnaire.Results:Physical exercise was positively correlated with mental toughness(R=0.685,P<0.01).Physical exercise was negatively correlated with alexithymia(R=-0.586,P<0.01)and non-suicidal self-injury behavior(R=-0.675,P<0.01).Mental toughness was negatively correlated with alexithymia(R=-0.605,P<0.01)and non-suicidal self-injury(R=-0.594,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between alexithymia and non-suicidal self-injury(R=0.577,P<0.01).In the relationship between physical exercise and adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior,the total indirect effect value was-0.077,the mediating effect value of mental toughness was-0.037,the mediating effect value of alexithymia was-0.022,and the chain mediating effect value of mental toughness and alexithymia was-0.018.Conclusion:Physical exercise not only has an adverse predictive effect on adolescents'non-suicidal self-injury behavior directly,but also indirectly affects adolescents'non-suicidal self-injury behavior through the mediating effect of mental toughness and alexithymia.
