摘要
目的观察以家庭为中心的正向行为支持(FPBS)结合赏识激励技术在学龄前期癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年12月收治于湛江中心人民医院的学龄前期癫痫患儿80例为研究对象,以随机数表法实施分组,试验组和对照组各40例,对照组按癫痫患儿常规护理法开展护理活动,试验组加用FPBS结合赏识激励技术干预,对比两组患儿干预后的情绪与行为问题(SDQ评分)、治疗抵触度、疾病控制效果、生活质量(ISLQ评分)。结果试验组患儿SDQ评分、治疗抵触评分、月均发作次数均低于对照组,而ISLQ评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用FPBS结合赏识激励技术对学龄前期癫痫患儿实施干预,可降低患儿情绪障碍、行为异常、治疗抵触程度,提升疾病控制效果,优化生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of family-centered positive behavior support(FPBS)combined with appreciation motivation technique in preschool children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 preschool children with epilepsy admitted to Zhanjiang Central People s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to either the experimental group(n=40)or the control group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing care for children with epilepsy,while the experimental group received FPBS combined with appreciation and motivation techniques intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of emotional and behavioral problems(strengths and difficulties questionnaire,SDQ),treatment resistance,seizure control,and quality of life(ISLQ).Results The experimental group had lower SDQ scores,treatment resistance scores,and monthly average seizure frequency than the control group,while the ISLQ score was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of FPBS combined with appreciation and motivation techniques effectively reduces emotional disorders,behavioral problems,and treatment resistance,improves disease control effectiveness,and optimizes quality of life in children with epilepsy.
