基于无核密度仪的公路智能压实度检测方法研究

摘要 我国高等级公路普遍采用分层压实工艺,压实质量不均或不足是引发路面推移、车辙、裂缝等早期病害的关键诱因之一。文章引入无核密度仪PQI-380无损检测技术,依托广东省某高速公路改建工程开展现场应用。通过PQI-380对路面基层进行大范围、高效率的压实状态快速扫描,并将实时数据与预设阈值进行比对,系统可自动对压实不足区域发出预警,为精准补压提供即时指导。通过系统分析检测数据的变异特征及其与灌砂法、钻芯法等标准方法的相关性与误差,构建了压实质量快速评价与可视化体系,验证该技术的检测精度与可靠性。该体系实现对压实状态的动态监测与评估,能够提升压实质量控制的时效性与科学性,为我国高速公路建设的智能化转型提供参考。 Layered compaction technology is commonly used in high-grade highways in China,and uneven or insufficient compaction quality is one of the key causes of early diseases such as pavement displacement,ruts,and cracks.The article introduces the non-destructive testing technology of PQI-380 nuclear density meter and carries out on-site application based on a highway reconstruction project in Guangdong Province.Through PQI-380,a large-scale and efficient rapid scanning of the compaction status of the pavement base is carried out,and real-time data is compared with preset thresholds.The system can automatically issue warnings for areas with insufficient compaction,providing real-time guidance for precise compaction.By systematically analyzing the variation characteristics of detection data and their correlation and error with standard methods such as sand filling and core drilling,a rapid evaluation and visualization system for compaction quality was constructed to verify the detection accuracy and reliability of this technology.This system realizes dynamic monitoring and evaluation of compaction status,improves the timeliness and scientificity of compaction quality control,and provides reference for the intelligent transformation of Chinese highway construction.
