摘要
针对传统水位监测技术存在的监测范围有限、预测精度不足以及响应滞后等问题,文章提出一种结合最小月均水位法与保证率法的水位计算方法,构建河流生态水位预警系统,并设计开发了智慧型河流生态水位预警平台。该方案具备多尺度适应性,可根据不同流域特征进行定制化配置,完整覆盖从实时监测到预警发布的全业务流程。系统采用集成化技术架构,实现了水文数据的自动采集、高效传输、智能分析及可视化呈现,为水资源管理提供了全流程数字化支持。
To address issues in traditional water level monitoring technologies,such as limited monitoring coverage,insufficient prediction accuracy,and delayed response,the article proposes a water level calculation method that combines the minimum monthly average water level method with the assurance rate method,and builds a river ecological water level early warning system.Additionally,a smart river ecological water level early warning platform was designed and developed.This solution offers multi-scale adaptability and can be customized according to the characteristics of different watersheds,fully covering the entire business process from real-time monitoring to warning issuance.The system uses an integrated technology architecture to achieve automatic collection,efficient transmission,intelligent analysis,and visual presentation of hydrological data,providing full-process digital support for water resource management.
