摘要
化疗诱发周围神经病理性疼痛(CIPNP)是伴随化疗常见且高发的副作用,主要表现为疼痛、刺通、烧灼样痛,或肢体麻木和触觉感觉异常等,严重影响患者生活质量。CIPNP具有化疗药物剂量依赖性,对化疗实施影响较大,可干扰治疗进程,甚至使治疗中断。针刺疗法的镇痛效应已得到多方面证实。针刺治疗对CIPNP具有镇痛效应。针灸属于中医传统疗法,遵循中医经典理论。在现代医学中,针灸疗法的效应和机制被赋予科学内涵。本文以中西医理论为根据,探讨CIPNP的病因和发病机制,阐述针刺缓解CIPNP的中医、西医效应机制,以期为针刺缓解CIPNP的研究提供理论支持和新思路。
Chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathic pain(CIPNP)is a common and high incidence side effect associated with chemotherapy,mainly manifested as pain,stabbing,burning like pain,or limb numbness,and abnormal tactile sensation,seriously affects quality of life in patients.CIPNP has a dose-dependent effect on chemotherapy drugs,has a significant impact on implementation of chemotherapy,can interfere with treatment process,even interrupt treatment.Analgesic effect of acupuncture therapy has been confirmed in various aspects.Acupuncture treatment has analgesic effects on CIPNP.Acupuncture and moxibustion belongs to traditional Chinese medicine therapy,follows classic theory of Chinese medicine.In modern medicine,effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy are endowed with scientific connotation.This article explores etiology and pathogenesis of CIPNP based on traditional Chinese and western medicine theories,elaborates on effect mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine,and western medicine of acupuncture in relieving CIPNP,the aim is to provide theoretical support and new ideas for study of acupuncture in relieving CIPNP.
