摘要
针对油井套管开窗过程工具受力分析难度大,且国内尚无套管开窗作业软件等问题,建立磨铣工具与挠性短节动力学模型,基于有限元分析,配套软件核心技术模块,完成开窗作业辅助软件的开发。该软件具有开窗工具结构设计、斜向器坐挂水力参数分析、力学分析与安全评价、开窗过程可视化等功能。结合渤海油田某井的开窗工具受力模拟结果,对比现场作业数据,验证了软件模拟的准确性。当开窗进尺为2.65 m时,切削力、转矩较小,此时应采用低转速和高钻压,使得磨鞋快速越过“死点”位置,并保证开窗过程钻速相对平稳和足够的窗口长度。该软件为套管开窗工艺提供了研究基础,对现场施工的参数控制具有一定的指导意义。
In view of the difficulty in force analysis of tools in casing sidetracking process of oil wells and the lack of casing sidetracking software in China,a dynamic model of milling tools and flexible subs was established,and the development of casing sidetracking-aided software with core technical modules was developed based on finite element theory.This software featured a casing sidetracking tool structure design,analysis of the hydraulic parameters of the whipstock’s setting,mechanical analysis and safety evaluation,as well as visualization of the casing sidetracking process.By combining the force simulation results of the casing sidetracking tool of a certain well in the Bohai Oilfield with the on-site operation data,the accuracy of the software simulation was verified.When the footage is about 2.65 meters,the cutting force and torque are relatively small.At this point,a low rate of penetration(ROP)and a high weight on bit(WOB)should be adopted to enable the shoe to quickly pass through the dead point position and ensure that the ROP during the casing sidetracking process is relatively stable,and the window length is sufficient.This software provided a theoretical basis for the casing sidetracking process and has certain guiding significance for the parameter control in on-site construction.
