摘要
针对郑州市某水厂双水源(南水北调水和黄河水)的水质特性,通过对比分析两种水源水质差异,评估现有水处理工艺效果,开展双膜法中试,最终确定最优工艺路线。研究结果表明,黄河水在离子指标、总硬度和溶解性总固体方面显著高于南水北调水;常规混凝沉淀-臭氧活性炭-砂滤-超滤膜工艺对离子指标去除效果有限;纳滤膜对氯化物、硫酸盐和总硬度具有优异去除效果。最终推荐采用混凝沉淀-臭氧活性炭-超滤-纳滤组合工艺,针对不同水源采用差异化运行模式,确保出水水质满足水厂供水要求。在提升改造过程中,项目充分利用水厂原有建(构)筑物,将现状砂滤池改造为下向流活性炭滤池,节约了工程造价。
Aiming at the water quality characteristics of the two water sources(South-to-North water diversion water and Yellow River water)of the water treatment plant in Zhengzhou City,this study evaluated the effect of the existing water treatment process by comparing and analyzing the water quality differences between the two sources,carried out the pilot test of the double film method,and finally determined the optimal process route.The results show that the ionic index,total hardness and total dissolved solids of Yellow River water are significantly higher than those of south-north water diversion water.The conventional process of coagulation precipitation-ozone activated carbon-sand filtration-ultrafiltration membrane has limited effect on ion index removal.Nanofiltration membrane has excellent removal effect on chloride,sulfate and total hardness.Finally,it is recommended to adopt the combination process of coagulation and precipitation-ozone activated carbon-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration,and adopt differentiated operation mode for different water sources to ensure that the effluent quality meets the water supply requirements of the water plant.During the upgrading and renovation process,the project made full use of the existing buildings and structures of the water plant,transforming the current sand filter pool into a downward-flow activated carbon filter pool,thus saving the project cost.
