摘要
进入数字资本主义时代,日趋成熟的算法技术成为数字平台进行劳动控制的有效手段。具有非中立属性的算法技术基于高效的数据处理与自动化决策能力,在大幅提升资源配置效率的同时,借助技术外壳构建了资本剥削劳动者的新型监控场域,从而使算法控制成为资本主义劳动控制的核心工具和重要路径。在这一过程中,平台凭借其数据垄断优势与技术壁垒,对劳动者的劳动过程实施整体性控制;为劳动者个体精准制定专属劳动方案,从而实施个性化控制;算法控制突破了物理时空的限制,实现了全天候、跨地域的超时空控制。劳动者相对于平台处于单向透明的非对称地位,导致其劳动权益、经济权益受到侵害,同时面临被智能算法替代的失业风险。算法控制机制的三重维度标志着资本控制劳动的策略发生了深刻转变,这对各国完善平台算法治理体系和保障平台劳动者权益具有重要警示意义。
In the era of digital capitalism,the increasingly mature algorithm technology has become an effective means for digital platforms to control labor.The algorithm technology with non-neutral attributes is based on efficient data processing and automated decision-making capabilities.While substantially improving the resource allocation efficiency,it builds a new monitoring field for the exploitation of laborers by capital using the shell of technology,making algorithm control the core tool and major path of capitalist labor control.In this process,the platform relies on its data monopoly and technological barriers to implement holistic control over the labor process of laborers.The platform accurately develops exclusive labor plans for individual laborers,thereby implementing differentiated control.Algorithm control overcomes the limitations of physical time and space,achieving all-day and cross-regional panoramic control.Laborers in the asymmetric position relative to the one-way transparency of the platform are susceptible to the infringement of their labor and economic rights,while also facing the risk of unemployment replaced by intelligent algorithms.The triple dimensions of algorithm control signify a profound shift in the strategy of capital controlling labor,which has important warning significance for countries to improve their platform algorithm governance systems and safeguard the rights and interests of platform laborers.
